本文针对某核电厂8#轴瓦水平布置的测油压管线于管嘴接头处断裂事件,利用超景深体式显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电镜等设备对断口及焊接接头进行了宏观分析、金相分析及断口分析.分析结果表明油管的断裂为疲劳断裂,起源于油管焊接接头碳钢侧内表面加工缺陷处.
本文針對某覈電廠8#軸瓦水平佈置的測油壓管線于管嘴接頭處斷裂事件,利用超景深體式顯微鏡、金相顯微鏡、掃描電鏡等設備對斷口及銲接接頭進行瞭宏觀分析、金相分析及斷口分析.分析結果錶明油管的斷裂為疲勞斷裂,起源于油管銲接接頭碳鋼側內錶麵加工缺陷處.

The oil piezometric tube of bearing bush rupture incident was analyzed. The facture happened at the joint area of piezometric tube and the equipment nozzle. Macroscopic analysis, metallographic analysis and fracture analysis of the fracture and the welded joint were applied by stereo microscope, metallographic microscope and SEM. The results show that the facture mechanism is fatigue and caused by the the improper processingdefects procedure on the carbon nozzle side of the weld joint.
