目的:探讨超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography ,UE)和PET/CT检查及两者联合应用对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法经手术病理确诊的78例患者92个甲状腺癌结节,回顾性分析其术前 UE和 PET/CT 影像学特征,比较UE和PET/CT 及两者联合应用对甲状腺癌的诊断准确性。结果 UE和 PET/CT 及两者联合诊断准确性分别为85.9%,73.9%,93.5%。UE诊断甲状腺癌的准确性高于PET/CT( P <0.05),两者联合应用的诊断准确性高于UE( P<0.05)或PET/CT单独应用( P =0.000)。结论 UE对甲状腺癌的诊断准确性高于PET/CT ,两者各有优缺点,联合应用对提高甲状腺癌的诊断准确性有较大帮助。

목적:탐토초성탄성성상(ultrasonic elastography ,UE)화PET/CT검사급량자연합응용대갑상선암적진단개치。방법경수술병리학진적78례환자92개갑상선암결절,회고성분석기술전 UE화 PET/CT 영상학특정,비교UE화PET/CT 급량자연합응용대갑상선암적진단준학성。결과 UE화 PET/CT 급량자연합진단준학성분별위85.9%,73.9%,93.5%。UE진단갑상선암적준학성고우PET/CT( P <0.05),량자연합응용적진단준학성고우UE( P<0.05)혹PET/CT단독응용( P =0.000)。결론 UE대갑상선암적진단준학성고우PET/CT ,량자각유우결점,연합응용대제고갑상선암적진단준학성유교대방조。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic elastography (UE) and PET/CT in diagnosing thyroid cancer . Methods 78 patients with 92 thyroid cancer lesions confirmed by pathology were retrospectively studied .All the patients underwent UE and PET/CT ,the accuracy between UE ,PET/CT and the combination of the two were compared .Results The accuracy of UE ,PET/CT and the combination of the two was 85 .9% ,73 .9% ,93 .5% ,respectively .Significant difference existed in dignosing thyroid cancer between UE and PET/CT .The accuracy of combination of the two was sig‐nificantly higher than either UE or PET/CT .Conclusion UE was more accuracy than PET/CT in diagnosing thyroid cancer ,the both methods complement each other and it can be a great help for improving the accuracy of preoperative diag‐nosing by combining the two .
