Deepening the reform of science and technology system is the requirement for the development of innova-tion strategy and speeding up the innovation-oriented country, while scientific and technological personnel evalua-tion system reform is an important content of science and technology system reform. Based on the analysis of the e-valuation system of the current agricultural science and technology personnel, this paper put forward the idea to construct the new evaluation system of agricultural scientific research personnel, and some countermeasures and suggestions to develop and apply incentive and benefit sharing mechanism.
