为了检测水中Li+、Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+,建立了一种快速、灵敏的采用离子色谱同时测定水中6种阳离子的方法.以20mmol/L甲基磺酸(MSA)为淋洗液,流速为1mL/min.结果表明:6种阳离子在相应的浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度之间具有良好的线性关系(r2≥0.9910),加标回收率在80.13%~119.83%之间.该方法在15min内6种阳离子能够完全分离,具有操作简单、快捷、准确、重复性好的特点.

A rapid quantitative method of ion chromatography has been developled for the analysis of six cations (Li+、Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+) in water. 20mmol/L MSA was used as the eluent and the flow rate was 1mL/min. The results showed the calibration curves of peak area versus concentration gave correlation cofficients more than 0.9910 for these cations. The spiked recoveries were within 80.13%~119.83%. The method has been successfully applied to analyze six cations in water in 15 minutes. The method was simple, quick, accurate and reliable.
