Sophora japonica L%total flavonoids%orthogonal design experiment
目的:优选出槐花提取的最优工艺。方法以槐花中所含总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,从药材的粉碎度、碱的种类、提取次数这3个因素中筛选出槐花提取的最优工艺。结果综合各种因素,槐花最佳的提取工艺条件为C1B3A1,即将槐花粉碎成粗粉,用石灰水调pH8,提取3次。结论本方法可为提高槐花中总黄酮的提取率提供依据。

목적:우선출괴화제취적최우공예。방법이괴화중소함총황동함량위평개지표,채용L9(34)정교시험법,종약재적분쇄도、감적충류、제취차수저3개인소중사선출괴화제취적최우공예。결과종합각충인소,괴화최가적제취공예조건위C1B3A1,즉장괴화분쇄성조분,용석회수조pH8,제취3차。결론본방법가위제고괴화중총황동적제취솔제공의거。
To preferred the optimum extraction technology from the Sophora japonica L. Took the extraction rate of total flavonoids contained in Sophora japonica L as the evaluation index. Using L9(34) orthogonal design experiment, 3 factors such as medicinal material grinding degree, kind of alkali, extraction times were screened for Sophora japonica L extraction optimum process. Considered all kinds of factors, the optimal extraction conditions of the Sophora japonica L is C1B3A1, that is the Sophora japonica L is crushed into coarse powder, adjusting pH with lime water, extracting 3 times. This method provides a basis for improvement of extraction of total flavonoids from Sophora japonica L rate.
