在自制的实验装置上进行了单脉冲放电实验,并采用电子扫描显微镜对放电蚀除凹坑的微观形貌进行观察。研究表明,聚晶金刚石电火花加工时,金属粘结剂熔化或汽化造成金刚石颗粒的脱落是材料蚀除的主要形式,金刚石颗粒也会因温度急剧升高形成崩裂而去除。此外,蚀除凹坑周围的金刚石还存在着石墨化的现象。
在自製的實驗裝置上進行瞭單脈遲放電實驗,併採用電子掃描顯微鏡對放電蝕除凹坑的微觀形貌進行觀察。研究錶明,聚晶金剛石電火花加工時,金屬粘結劑鎔化或汽化造成金剛石顆粒的脫落是材料蝕除的主要形式,金剛石顆粒也會因溫度急劇升高形成崩裂而去除。此外,蝕除凹坑週圍的金剛石還存在著石墨化的現象。

In this paper, experiments of single pulse electrical discharge were carried out on the experimental setup made by ourselves, and appearance of the crater was investigated with scanning electron microscope (SEM)in the experiments. The results show that, the shedding of diamond particles caused by melting or vaporization of metal binder is the main form of material erosion in the EDM of polycrystalline diamonds, diamond particles will be removed due to a sharp increase in the temperature crack formation. In addition, diamond around the crater may be graphitized.
