利用AMESim建立某型飞机刹车系统蓄压器仿真模型,对飞行过程中温度变化引起的蓄压器压力的变化情况进行仿真计算,复现了试飞过程中蓄压器超压的问题,提出了改进方案并进行仿真分析.最后,通过试飞验证了方案的可行性.仿真模型具有较好的仿真精度.

Based on civil aircraft, a brake system accumulator simulation model is built with AMESim. In this model, the effect of temperature vibration on accumulator during flight envelop is considered. The simulation model is re-produced the accumulator high pressure issue result by temperature vibration. Furthermore, an improvement design is proposed, and the feasibility of the new design is verified by both simulation analysis and flight test. By compar-ing the flight test data with the simulation data, the simulation model is verified and it has competitive performance.
