为研究自制减振消音器的压力脉冲特性,开发了一套试验系统,基于LabVIEW软件控制液压系统,通过数据采集模块得到减振消音器的压力脉冲特性,试验方法简单、易于控制;获得的图形化数据简单直观,易于分析.试验结果表明:所自制的减振消音器具有减少压力脉冲的作用,当减振消音器充气压力与系统压力一致时,减振效果最好,能减少约52%的压力脉冲.
為研究自製減振消音器的壓力脈遲特性,開髮瞭一套試驗繫統,基于LabVIEW軟件控製液壓繫統,通過數據採集模塊得到減振消音器的壓力脈遲特性,試驗方法簡單、易于控製;穫得的圖形化數據簡單直觀,易于分析.試驗結果錶明:所自製的減振消音器具有減少壓力脈遲的作用,噹減振消音器充氣壓力與繫統壓力一緻時,減振效果最好,能減少約52%的壓力脈遲.

In order to research our home-made damping muffler of the pressure pulse characteristic, an experiment system is developed on the basis of the LabVIEW software to control of hydraulic system. By collecting pressure pulse characteristics through data acquisition module, the experimental is simple to control and the graphical data is easy to analysis. The experimental results show that our home-made damping muffler has the function of reduced pressure pulse, when inflation pressure in accordance with system pressure, the damping effect is best, and it can re-duce about 52%of the pressure pulse.
