为了研究工程车辆液压底盘在各种工况下的工作性能,构建二次调节加载试验装置;对二次调节试验装置的结构和功用进行了详细分析;设计出二次调节试验装置的基本原理图;建立二次调节试验装置的各部分的数学模型;用MATLAB对二次调节加载装置系统中的双马达转矩在阶跃信号、正弦信号下的响应同步性进行了仿真分析.

In order to research the working performance of hydraulic chassis for engineering machinery vehicle under various working conditions, the loading test equipment based on secondary regulation must be established. The tech-nical structure and functions of secondary regulation loading test equipment are analyzed detaily on this paper. The basic principle chart of the equipment is designed and mathematical model for each part of the equipment is estab-lished. The response synchronizations of double motor torque in the loading test equipment system under step and si-nusoidal signal are simulated by using MATLAB. The results showed that the dynamic performance of the loading test equipment is well and the loading precision is high. So it can meet the demand of actual working conditions.
