电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定婴幼儿乳粉中的Cu、Mn具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点.铜、锰元素检出限均可达到为0.003 mg/kg,加标回收率均分别为95.2~98.7%、95.4%~97.7%,精密度分别为2.56%、2.83%.

Determination of Cu, Mn by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (icp-ms) in infant powder has advantages of rapid, accurate and high sensitivity.The detection limit of Cu、Mn can be reached 0.003 mg/kg, standard addition of Cu、Mn recoveries were 95.2~98.7%, 95.4%~98.7%, respectively, precision of Cu、Mn were 2.56% and 2.83% respectively.
