针对水电项目具有资金需求大、建设期长、不确定因素多的特点，提出了对项目进行评估定价应选择合适的模型。通过几种方法的对比分析后选择运用实物期权法中的二项式模型进行定价，并辅以案例进行说明，从而为TOT模式项目定价过程提供有效的参考。

TOT is one of the financing models commonly used in hydroelectric project and its assets valuation plays a key role in the entire financing process.An appropriate pricing model was proposed to assess hydropower projects with large investment, long construction duration, uncertain factors and other characteristics.After contrasting several methods and case explanation, the binomial pricing model was finally chosen for pricing.An effective reference was provided for TOT project pricing process.
