一般而言,排球训练心理气氛具有一定平稳性和随机转变性的特点. 影响排球训练心理气氛的因素有:教练员对排球训练心理气氛的重视程度、运动员训练前的心理状态、教练员与运动员之间的信息联系、训练内容的改变等六种因素. 优化排球训练心理气氛的措施有:提高教练员对排球训练心理气氛的认识、保持教练员与运动员之间畅通的信息联系、变换练习方式、改变训练节奏等措施.

Psychological atmosphere in volleyball training refers to the collective emotional state in the process of training .It is one of the features in psychological dynamic .It is also steady and random .The influence factors affecting the psychological at-mosphere in volleyball training include coach recognition , athletes psychological states before the match , the communication between the coach and athletes , changes of training contents .And the optimization measures in psychological atmosphere in volleyball training include improving the coach recognition , keeping contact between coach and athletes , changing practice methods and changing the training steps .
