伴随网络交易的发展,各种网络交易欺诈行为层出不穷,这不仅损害了网络交易参与者的利益,也严重制约着网络交易市场的健康发展.学术界关于网络交易欺诈行为的研究相对少见,基于此,文章以特征分析为视角,引入计划行为理论( TPB)对搜集的近两年典型欺诈案例进行定性分析;在此基础上构建量表调查各类欺诈行为的特征数据,并进行量化研究,得到网络交易欺诈行为的四大关键共性特征:形象包装特征、利益导向特征、形式特征与技术包装特征.
伴隨網絡交易的髮展,各種網絡交易欺詐行為層齣不窮,這不僅損害瞭網絡交易參與者的利益,也嚴重製約著網絡交易市場的健康髮展.學術界關于網絡交易欺詐行為的研究相對少見,基于此,文章以特徵分析為視角,引入計劃行為理論( TPB)對搜集的近兩年典型欺詐案例進行定性分析;在此基礎上構建量錶調查各類欺詐行為的特徵數據,併進行量化研究,得到網絡交易欺詐行為的四大關鍵共性特徵:形象包裝特徵、利益導嚮特徵、形式特徵與技術包裝特徵.

With the development of Internet transactions, a variety of fraud actions emerge in an endless stream.This not only undermines the interests of network transaction participants, it also restricts the healthy development of the Internet trading market.However, academic research on the fraud of network transaction is still rare.Accordingly, the paper is based on the perspective of the fraud feature.Aiming at the typical fraud cases in recent years, we analyze the behavior characteristics by introducing the theory of planned behavior ( TPB) , survey the data of the fraudulent characteristics by building qualitative table, and do quantitative analysis, finally gaining four important commonalities, which contain im-age packing features, interest oriented features, form features and technology packing features.This study extends the a-nalysis angle of view of internet trading fraud, and the conclusion also provide theoretical support and decision support for improving the regulatory mechanism of network transaction.
