目的：分析甲状腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年5月-2014年11月在笔者所在医院就诊的98例甲状腺结节患者，按照患者编号随机分为对照组与观察组，每组49例。对照组患者给予甲状腺次全切术治疗，观察组患者给予甲状腺叶切除术治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果和并发症情况。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者手术耗时、术中出血量及甲状腺结节复发率均较低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在整个治疗中，观察组出现并发症5例(10.20%)，对照组出现并发症17例(34.69%)，同时观察组患者住院时间和治疗费用均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：甲状腺叶切除术应用于甲状腺结节的治疗中，不仅具有显著疗效，且术后并发症较少，同时能有效减少患者住院时间和治疗费用，值得临床大力推广与应用。
목적：분석갑상선협절제술치료갑상선결절적림상료효。방법：선취2011년5월-2014년11월재필자소재의원취진적98례갑상선결절환자，안조환자편호수궤분위대조조여관찰조，매조49례。대조조환자급여갑상선차전절술치료，관찰조환자급여갑상선협절제술치료，대비량조환자치료효과화병발증정황。결과：여대조조상비，관찰조환자수술모시、술중출혈량급갑상선결절복발솔균교저，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；재정개치료중，관찰조출현병발증5례(10.20%)，대조조출현병발증17례(34.69%)，동시관찰조환자주원시간화치료비용균저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：갑상선협절제술응용우갑상선결절적치료중，불부구유현저료효，차술후병발증교소，동시능유효감소환자주원시간화치료비용，치득림상대력추엄여응용。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of thyroid lobectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Method:From May 2011 to November 2014 in our hospital 98 cases of patients with thyroid nodules were randomly divided the treatment group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was received thyroid subtotal resection,The treatment group was received thyroid lobe resection,the effects of treatment and complications of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,bleeding volume and recurrence rate of thyroid nodules of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,there were statistical significances(P<0.05).The whole treatment,the treatment group had complications occurred in 5 patients(10.20%),the control group had complications occurred in 17 patients(34.69%),while the patients hospitalization and treatment costs were lower than those of the control group,there were statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thyroid lobectomy applied to the treatment of thyroid nodules,not only has a significant effect,and fewer postoperative complications,while effectively reducing the length of hospital stay and cost of treatment,is worthy of promotion and application vigorously.
