为了更好地进行电动汽车动力总成的开发与试验研究,利用可编程逻辑控制器( PLC)对驱动系统与测功系统同时进行控制,使得试验台架结构简单、易于操作。台架结构的布置与控制程序的编程均采用模块化处理,使得测试台架具有较好的通用性和扩展性。试验过程中,利用组态软件对台架实现动态监控,通过CAN总线实现整个台架网络的通信,并利用PLC实现数据的集中采集、显示与处理,同时将所测数据在上位机中保存下来。试验结果表明,所设计的测试台架能够满足驱动系统的测试要求。

In order to develop and carry out experimental study of electric vehicle power train better, a programmable logic controller ( PLC) was used to control the drive system and the dynamometer system simultaneously.The test bench structure was then simple and the test bench was easy to operate.Modular processing was applied to bench structure layout and control proce-dural programming, making the test bench have good versatility and scalability.In test process, configuration software was em-ployed to realize dynamic monitoring, communicate via CAN bus network, and combined with PLC to realize the centralized ac-quisition, display and processing of data.Meanwhile the data were saved in the upper monitor.The test results show that the de-sign of the test bench can meet the test requirements drive system.
