利用动力学仿真软件AVL Cruise对某纯电动客车进行动力学仿真来验证客车动力性。其所采用的EMT(电驱动机械式自动变速器)引入了调速电机,具有换挡快速和准确的优点。通过设定变速器和减速器速比的变化范围,用Isight软件优化耗电量,得出百公里电耗最低的传动比匹配方案。优化后百公里电耗减少了约5.27%,动力性能满足设计要求。

AVL Cruise software was used to do dynamics simulation to verify the performance of power of a pure electric bus. A speed regulating motor was introduced in EMT ( electric drive automatic mechanical transmission) of this bus.The EMT has the advantage of fast and accurate shifting.By changing the setting range of transmission and the reducer ratio, the ratio matching scheme was obtained using the Isight optimization software which makes the lowest power consumption per 100 km.After optimi-zation the power consumption reduces by about 5.27%per 100 km.Dynamic performance meets the design requirements.
