以大岩桐( Sinningias peciosa)试管苗为试验材料,研究了基本培养基种类、植物生长调节剂种类、培养基不同成分、赤霉素质量浓度及植株营养生长状态对诱导试管内花芽分化的影响。结果表明,WPM培养基是适宜大岩桐诱导花芽分化的基本培养基种类;适宜的细胞分裂素6-BA与生长素 NAA质量浓度配比,对提高大岩桐花芽分化率较为有利;诱导大岩桐试管内花芽分化的适宜培养基为: WPM+6-BA 0.3mg · L-1+NAA0.2 mg· L-1+蔗糖40 g· L-1+琼脂9 g· L-1;赤霉素不利于健壮生长。3 cm的苗径大小是大岩桐营养生长向生殖生长转化的临界条件,达到临界条件后,花芽分化率随苗径增加而逐渐增多。

With aseptic plantlets of Sinningia speciosa, we studied the effects of basic mediums , plant growth regulators , differ-ent concentrations of mineral , 6-BA, NAA, sugar and agar , concentrations of gibberellin , and plantlet physiological sta-tus on in vitro flowering.The most suitable basic mediums was WPM , while the combination of cytokinin 6-BA and auxin NAA was suitable for flower bud differentiation of S.speciose.WPM medium with 6-BA 0.3 mg· L-1 , NAA 0.2 mg· L-1 , sugar 40 g· L-1 and agar 9 g· L-1 was suitable for inducing in vitro flower buds differentiation .Gibberellin made against with vigorous growth .The 3-cm seedling diameter of the plantlets was the critical condition of the transition from vegetative to reproductive growth for S.speciosa, and with the increase of the plantlet seedling diameter , the percentage of floral bud differentiation was increased .
