目的：探讨疑似预防接种异常反应现象和处理措施。方法：回顾性分析实施接种的120例患者临床资料。结果：出现疑似预防接种异常反应现象20例，发生率16.7%，常见异常反应现象有晕厥、感染、过敏性皮疹、无菌性脓肿、过敏性休克以及过敏性紫癜等。结论：在预防接种中，基于可能出现的异常反应现象的分析，做好准备工作，针对所出现的异常反应现象，及时采取合理且有效的措施进行处理，可确保预防接种工作的有效性以及安全性。

목적：탐토의사예방접충이상반응현상화처리조시。방법：회고성분석실시접충적120례환자림상자료。결과：출현의사예방접충이상반응현상20례，발생솔16.7%，상견이상반응현상유훈궐、감염、과민성피진、무균성농종、과민성휴극이급과민성자전등。결론：재예방접충중，기우가능출현적이상반응현상적분석，주호준비공작，침대소출현적이상반응현상，급시채취합리차유효적조시진행처리，가학보예방접충공작적유효성이급안전성。
Objective:To investigate the abnormal response and treatment measures of suspected vaccination.Method:We analyzed the clinical datas of 120 patients who were vaccinated retrospectivly.Results:There were 20 cases of suspected abnormal response to vaccination,and the occurrence rate was 16.7%.The common abnormal reaction phenomenon has syncope,infection, allergic rash,aseptic abscess,allergic shock and allergic purpura and so on.Conclusion:In the preventive inoculation,based on the analysis of the possible response to abnormal phenomenon,we should do a good job on the preparation,according to the phenomenon of the abnormal reaction to promptly take reasonable and effective measures for processing,in order to ensure preventive inoculation effectiveness and safety.
