目的:探讨外湿环境因素对正常及脾阳虚大鼠脾细胞增殖能力的影响,研究复合病因内外合邪发病机制。方法选取 SD 大鼠40只随机分为对照组、外湿组、脾阳虚组、脾阳虚加湿组,每组10只。造模成功后无菌摘除脾脏,采用 ConA 诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖,以此表示淋巴细胞的功能水平。结果脾阳虚组、外湿组、脾阳虚加湿组脾淋巴细胞增殖能力均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.01)。脾阳虚加湿组脾淋巴细胞增殖能力较脾阳虚组显著下降,差异有统计学意义( P ﹤0.01)。结论外湿环境因素相对于脾阳虚因素对机体免疫抑制作用更强。说明外湿环境因素对正常大鼠、脾阳虚模型大鼠免疫学的影响较单纯脾阳虚模型大鼠明显,并且外湿环境因素与脾阳虚模型具有协同致免疫机能下降的作用。

목적:탐토외습배경인소대정상급비양허대서비세포증식능력적영향,연구복합병인내외합사발병궤제。방법선취 SD 대서40지수궤분위대조조、외습조、비양허조、비양허가습조,매조10지。조모성공후무균적제비장,채용 ConA 유도비림파세포증식,이차표시림파세포적공능수평。결과비양허조、외습조、비양허가습조비림파세포증식능력균현저저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P ﹤0.01)。비양허가습조비림파세포증식능력교비양허조현저하강,차이유통계학의의( P ﹤0.01)。결론외습배경인소상대우비양허인소대궤체면역억제작용경강。설명외습배경인소대정상대서、비양허모형대서면역학적영향교단순비양허모형대서명현,병차외습배경인소여비양허모형구유협동치면역궤능하강적작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of external humidity environment factors on the pro-liferation of spleen cells in normal and spleen deficiency rats,and to study the pathogenesis of internal and external pathogenic mechanisms of the compound. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,the wet group,the spleen yang deficiency group,and the Spleen Yang humidification group. There were 10 rats in each group. The spleen was successfully removed after the model was successfully made,and the spleen lymphocyte proliferation was induced by ConA,so as to express the function of the lym-phocyte. Results The spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability of spleen deficiency group,external dampness group and spleen yang humidification group were significantly lower than that of the control group( P ﹤0. 01). The spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability of spleen deficiency and spleen deficiency humidification group were significantly decreased( P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion The external humidity environment factor is stronger than the spleen yang deficiency factor to the immune suppression effect of organism. Wet environment factors shows more obvious immunological effect in normal rats and spleen yang deficiency model rats than simple spleen yang deficiency model rats. And wet environment factors and spleen yang deficiency model have collaborative induced decline effect in immune function.
