目的：观察并分析中医健脾疏肝法治疗糖耐量受损的临床疗效。方法选取本院2012年1月-2014年1月的300例糖耐量受损患者，按照计算机数字表法随机分为治疗组（n =150例）和对照组（n =150例）。在基础治疗的同时，治疗组给予自拟健脾调肝饮治疗，对照组给予参芪降糖颗粒治疗，两组均在治疗2个月后评价疗效。结果两组主要观察指标改善情况，治疗组优于对照组，在降低空腹及餐后血糖、甘油三酯方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05），在降低糖化血红蛋白及体重指数方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。随访1个月，治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论健脾疏肝法治疗糖耐量受损疗效满意，血糖水平稳定，且无不良反应。
목적：관찰병분석중의건비소간법치료당내량수손적림상료효。방법선취본원2012년1월-2014년1월적300례당내량수손환자，안조계산궤수자표법수궤분위치료조（n =150례）화대조조（n =150례）。재기출치료적동시，치료조급여자의건비조간음치료，대조조급여삼기강당과립치료，량조균재치료2개월후평개료효。결과량조주요관찰지표개선정황，치료조우우대조조，재강저공복급찬후혈당、감유삼지방면비교，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05），재강저당화혈홍단백급체중지수방면비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。수방1개월，치료조복발솔저우대조조。결론건비소간법치료당내량수손료효만의，혈당수평은정，차무불량반응。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine method of tonifying the spleen and coursing the liver impaired glucose tolerance. Methods Three hundred patients with impaired glucose tolerance treated in our hospital in January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 150 cases)and control group(n = 150)according to the method of computer digital table. Except from the lifestyle intervention,patients in the treatment group were given Jianpi Shugan drink,and control group applied ShenQi hypoglycemic granule treatment. Patients in the two groups were evaluated in terms of the effect after 2 months of treatment. Results The improvement of main indica-tors were observed and compared,and the treatment group showed better results. There were significant differ-ences in terms of reducing fasting and postprandial blood glucose and triglycerides(P ﹤ 0. 05). There was no statistical significance in terms of lowering glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index(BMI)(P ﹥ 0. 05). After a one month follow - up,the treatment group recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The method of tonifying the spleen and coursing the liver has satisfactory effect in the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance which stabilize the blood sugar levels and has no adverse reactions.
