目的：建立了丝瓜子药材的质量标准。方法生药学研究，水分测定法，灰分测定法，浸出物测定法，薄层色谱法及 HPLC 色谱法。结果对丝瓜子药材的性状、显微特征进行了描述；对10批丝瓜子药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物进行了测定；同时进行了薄层鉴别和 HPLC法的定量研究。结论通过研究制定了丝瓜子药材的质量控制标准。
목적：건립료사과자약재적질량표준。방법생약학연구，수분측정법，회분측정법，침출물측정법，박층색보법급 HPLC 색보법。결과대사과자약재적성상、현미특정진행료묘술；대10비사과자약재적수분、총회분、산불용성회분급침출물진행료측정；동시진행료박층감별화 HPLC법적정량연구。결론통과연구제정료사과자약재적질량공제표준。
To set up the quality standard of luffa seed,the herbal material. Methods The pharma-cognosy study,absorption spectrometry,ash content measurement,extractum determination,TLC and HPLC methods were applied. Results The property of luffa seed and microscopic characteristics were described. The moisture,total ash content,acid - insoluble ash and extract were determined. TLC and HPLC methods were used for quantitative study. Conclusion The quality control standard of luffa seed is developed through the study.
