目的：研究橙皮素的大鼠血浆蛋白结合率。方法使用平衡透析法模拟橙皮素在体内与血浆蛋白结合的过程，采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定低、中、高3个浓度（0.5，2.5和10μg/ml）的橙皮素在透析袋内血浆中和透析袋外缓冲液中的浓度，计算血浆蛋白结合率。结果低、中、高3个浓度的橙皮素在体外与大鼠血浆蛋白的平均结合率分别为83.5%，84.3%和83.9%，3个浓度之间的血浆蛋白结合率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ﹥0.05）。结论橙皮素具有较高的血浆蛋白结合率，为含橙皮苷药物的临床合理应用提供理论指导。
목적：연구등피소적대서혈장단백결합솔。방법사용평형투석법모의등피소재체내여혈장단백결합적과정，채용고효액상색보법（HPLC）측정저、중、고3개농도（0.5，2.5화10μg/ml）적등피소재투석대내혈장중화투석대외완충액중적농도，계산혈장단백결합솔。결과저、중、고3개농도적등피소재체외여대서혈장단백적평균결합솔분별위83.5%，84.3%화83.9%，3개농도지간적혈장단백결합솔비교，차이무통계학의의（ P ﹥0.05）。결론등피소구유교고적혈장단백결합솔，위함등피감약물적림상합리응용제공이론지도。
Objective To study the plasma protein binding rate of hesperetin in rats. Methods The equilibrium dialysis method was used to imitate the in vivo plasma protein binding process of hesperetin. HPLC was adopted to determine the percentages of hesperetin in the plasma of dialysis bag and in the buffer out of the dialysis bag at low,middle and high concentrations(0. 5,2. 5 and10 μg/ ml). Results The aver-age plasma protein binding rates were 83. 5% ,84. 3% and 83. 9% in vitro at the low,middle and high con-centrations of hesperetin. The difference in plasma protein binding rate was not significant among the three concentrations(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Hesperetin has very high plasma protein binding rate,which pro-vides the theoretic guidance for the clinical rational application of hesperidin drugs.
