Compound Yanshou Decoction%Rats%Senility%Hyperlipemia%Liver
目的:研究复方延寿液对高脂衰老大鼠肝脏的影响。方法60只雄性 SD 大鼠随机分为对照组(标准饲料+自然空气),模型组(高脂饲料+4 h 臭氧染毒),阳性药组(非诺贝特18.0 ml/kg),复方延寿液低、中、高剂量组(4.5、9.0、18.0 ml/ kg)。染毒70 d 合并第35天开始给药,腹主动脉取血获得血清,检测血清氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH - PX)]及血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL - C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL- C)]含量,病理观察肝组织损伤程度,形态计量氧化酶的原位含量。结果模型组血清 SOD、GSH- PX 活性、HDL - C 含量降低(P ﹤0.05或 P ﹤0.01),LPO、TG、TC、LDL 升高(P ﹤0.05,P ﹤0.01);肝细胞水肿,脂肪变性,胶原纤维沉积,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶2(NOX2)原位含量增加。复方延寿液三剂量组上述生化指标、胶原纤维沉积、NOX2原位含量均得到改善。结论复方延寿液对臭氧致衰老且高脂血症大鼠的肝脏具有保护作用。

목적:연구복방연수액대고지쇠로대서간장적영향。방법60지웅성 SD 대서수궤분위대조조(표준사료+자연공기),모형조(고지사료+4 h 취양염독),양성약조(비낙패특18.0 ml/kg),복방연수액저、중、고제량조(4.5、9.0、18.0 ml/ kg)。염독70 d 합병제35천개시급약,복주동맥취혈획득혈청,검측혈청양화매[초양화물기화매(SOD)、과양화지질(LPO)、곡광감태과양화물매(GSH - PX)]급혈지[감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)、저밀도지단백(LDL - C)、고밀도지단백(HDL- C)]함량,병리관찰간조직손상정도,형태계량양화매적원위함량。결과모형조혈청 SOD、GSH- PX 활성、HDL - C 함량강저(P ﹤0.05혹 P ﹤0.01),LPO、TG、TC、LDL 승고(P ﹤0.05,P ﹤0.01);간세포수종,지방변성,효원섬유침적,연선알선표령이핵감산린산양화매2(NOX2)원위함량증가。복방연수액삼제량조상술생화지표、효원섬유침적、NOX2원위함량균득도개선。결론복방연수액대취양치쇠로차고지혈증대서적간장구유보호작용。
Objective To study the impacts of compound yanshou decoction on the liver in the rats of senility and hyperlipidemia. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomized into a control group(standard fodder + nature air),a model group(high - fat fodder + 4 h ozone contamination),a positive medicine group (fenofibrate,18. 0 ml/ kg),and the low - dose,middle - dose and high - dose groups of compound yanshou decoction(4. 5 ml/ kg,9. 0 ml/ kg,18. 0 ml/ kg). Medication started on the 35th day and in 70 days of contam-ination. Serum was collected from abdominal aortal blood. The levels of SOD,LPO,GSH - PX,TG,TC,LDL- C and HDL - C were detected. The damage degree of liver tissue was observed pathologically. The in situ content of oxidase was measured morphologically. Results In the model group,the activity of SOD and GSH- PX and the level of HDL - C were reduced(P ﹤ 0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 01),and the levels of LPO,TG,TC and LDL were increased(P ﹤ 0. 05,P ﹤ 0. 01);the hepatocyte edema,fatty degeneration and collagenous fiber sedimentation happened and NOX2 in situ content was increased. In the low - dose,middle - dose and high -dose groups of compound yanshou decoction,the improvements were achieved in the above biochemical inde-xes,collagenous fiber sedimentation and NOX2 in situ content. Conclusion Compound yanshou decoction acts on the protection to the liver of rat with ozone - induced senility and hyperlipemia.
