目的：研究燥湿化痰补肾活血方联合克罗米芬治疗痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。方法将60例痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组使用克罗米芬治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗手段基础上，加用燥湿化痰补肾活血方，监测两组患者子宫内膜厚度、周期排卵率、妊娠率、体重指数，比较两组治疗总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率83.3%，高于对照组63.3%，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05），且治疗后子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率、体重指数等指标均显著好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论对于痰湿阻滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者，在常规克罗米芬治疗基础上联合应用燥湿化痰补肾活血方疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：연구조습화담보신활혈방연합극라미분치료담습조체형다낭란소종합정불잉증적림상료효。방법장60례담습조체형다낭란소종합정불잉증환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각30례。대조조사용극라미분치료，치료조재대조조치료수단기출상，가용조습화담보신활혈방，감측량조환자자궁내막후도、주기배란솔、임신솔、체중지수，비교량조치료총유효솔。결과치료조총유효솔83.3%，고우대조조63.3%，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05），차치료후자궁내막후도、임신솔、체중지수등지표균현저호우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론대우담습조체형다낭란소종합정불잉증환자，재상규극라미분치료기출상연합응용조습화담보신활혈방료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Cangfudaotan decoction combined with clomifene in treating PCOS patients with non - ovulation infertility of phlegm - damp stagnation type. Meth-ods Sixty cases of PCOS patients with non - ovulation infertility of phlegm - damp stagnation type were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group applied clomiphene therapy,while the treatment group gave patients Cangfudaotan decoction combined with clomifene. Endometrial thickness, cycle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,body mass index and total effective rate of the two groups were monitored and measured for comparison. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 83. 3% ,which was higher than that of the control group(63. 3% ),and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate and body mass index in the treatment group were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion For the PCOS patients with non - ovulation infertility of phlegm - damp stagnation type,Cangfudaotan decoc-tion combined with clomifene has significant clinical effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
