目的：观察程氏瓜蒌散治疗肝经郁热型蛇串疮的临床疗效。方法将观察病例随机分为两组，每组60例，对照组应用龙胆泻肝汤加减配合喷昔洛韦软膏治疗，治疗组应用程氏瓜蒌散加减配合喷昔洛韦软膏治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效及其皮损、疼痛减退指标。结果对照组总有效率为98.3%；治疗组总有效率为96.7%。两组病例总有效率和皮损、疼痛程度等指标比较无显著性差异（P ﹥0.05）。结论程氏瓜蒌散加减治疗肝经郁热型蛇串疮具有非常确切的疗效，且其组方简单，配伍科学合理，价格便宜，副作用少，无不良反应，易于被患者接受，值得在临床中进一步推广使用。
목적：관찰정씨과루산치료간경욱열형사천창적림상료효。방법장관찰병례수궤분위량조，매조60례，대조조응용룡담사간탕가감배합분석락위연고치료，치료조응용정씨과루산가감배합분석락위연고치료，관찰량조환자림상료효급기피손、동통감퇴지표。결과대조조총유효솔위98.3%；치료조총유효솔위96.7%。량조병례총유효솔화피손、동통정도등지표비교무현저성차이（P ﹥0.05）。결론정씨과루산가감치료간경욱열형사천창구유비상학절적료효，차기조방간단，배오과학합리，개격편의，부작용소，무불량반응，역우피환자접수，치득재림상중진일보추엄사용。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chengˊs Fructus Trichosanthis Pow-der in the treatment of herpes zoster induced by stagnated heat of the Liver Meridian. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in each group. The control group used Longdan Xiegan de-coction combined with penciclovir cream,while the treatment group used Chengˊs Fructus Trichosanthis Pow-der and penciclovir cream. Observe the clinical curative effect and the skin lesions,pain loss index. Results The total effective rate of the control group is 98. 3% ;the total effective rate of the treatment group is 96. 7% . The total efficiency,skin lesions and pain indexes of the two groups showed no significant difference (P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Chengˊs Fructus Trichosanthis Powder iseffective in the treatment of herpes zoster induced by stagnated heat of the Liver Meridian. The formula is simple,scientific and reasonably compatible. The powder is inexpensive,with little side effect and no adverse reaction,easy to be accepted by patients,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
