目的：探讨社区护理干预对中老年临界高血压患者的效果。方法：收治中老年临界高血压患者186例，随机分为对照组和观察组各93例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予综合护理干预。根据患者舒张压、收缩压、健康知识的掌握、合作态度、生活行为改善来评定护理干预效果。结果：护理后，观察组血压恢复正常64例(68.82%)，明显多于对照组的36例(38.71%)，P＜0.01；观察组正确掌握卫生知识率、完全合作率及生活行为改善率均优于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：对中老年临界高血压患者实施社区综合护理干预可有效降低患者血压，减慢高血压患病率升高速度，预防高血压继发疾病，提高患者生活质量。

목적：탐토사구호리간예대중노년림계고혈압환자적효과。방법：수치중노년림계고혈압환자186례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각93례。대조조급여상규호리간예，관찰조급여종합호리간예。근거환자서장압、수축압、건강지식적장악、합작태도、생활행위개선래평정호리간예효과。결과：호리후，관찰조혈압회복정상64례(68.82%)，명현다우대조조적36례(38.71%)，P＜0.01；관찰조정학장악위생지식솔、완전합작솔급생활행위개선솔균우우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론：대중노년림계고혈압환자실시사구종합호리간예가유효강저환자혈압，감만고혈압환병솔승고속도，예방고혈압계발질병，제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the middle-aged patients with critical hypertension.Methods:186 middle-aged patients with critical hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 93 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing intervention effects were evaluated according to the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,grasp of health knowledge,cooperative attitude,life behavior improvement of patients. Results:After nursing,64 cases(68.82%) of blood pressure returning to normal in the observation group were significantly higher than 36 cases(38.71%) of the control group,P<0.01.The right grasping health knowledge rate,complete cooperation rate and life behavior improvement rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Implementing community comprehensive nursing intervention for middle-aged patients with critical hypertension can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients,slow down the increased speed of hypertension morbidity,prevent the secondary diseases of hypertension,and improve the life quality of patients.
