本文主要探讨125I 粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌的临床应用及护理。通过对1例原发性肝癌患者进行粒子植入125I，患者植入术存活5年。因此，采用针对125I粒子植入治疗原发性肝癌的临床应用级护理，能有效改善减轻患者痛苦，缓解并发症，提高治疗质量及生存时间。

In this article,the author investigated the clinical application and nursing of 125I seed implantation in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma.1 patients with primary liver cancer were treated with 125I,and this patient survived for 5 years after surgery.It showed that,application of 125I particle implantation in the treatment of primary liver cancer can alleviate the pain of patient effectively,reduce the incidence of complications,and it also can improve the quality of treatment and survival time.
