目的：探讨肺超声在小儿肺炎中的诊断价值。方法：对275例住院患儿行双肺超声检查，通过双侧胸壁，以胸骨、腋前线、腋后线及双乳连线划分12区，进行顺序扫查。结果：阳性267例，阳性率97%，阴性8例，复合征象165例(60%)，单一征象110例(40%)，病灶区主要分布在右上叶及左下叶。结论：超声在诊断小儿肺炎中有很高的临床价值，可以多次重复检查，费用低廉，可以作为小儿肺炎诊断与随访的一种影像学检查。
목적：탐토폐초성재소인폐염중적진단개치。방법：대275례주원환인행쌍폐초성검사，통과쌍측흉벽，이흉골、액전선、액후선급쌍유련선화분12구，진행순서소사。결과：양성267례，양성솔97%，음성8례，복합정상165례(60%)，단일정상110례(40%)，병조구주요분포재우상협급좌하협。결론：초성재진단소인폐염중유흔고적림상개치，가이다차중복검사，비용저렴，가이작위소인폐염진단여수방적일충영상학검사。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of lung ultrasound in children with pneumonia.Methods:275 hospitalized children with double lung ultrasound were selected.The bilateral chest wall were divided into 12 district through the sternum, axillary front,posteior axillary line and bilateral breast line,and then scaning those 12 district sequenced.Results:There 267 cases were positive,the positive rate was 97% ,and the other 8 cases were negative;165 cases(60% ) with complex image,and 110 cases(40% ) with single image,the lesions were mainly distributed in the right upper lobe and left lower lobe.Conclusion:Ultrasound has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of pediatric pneumonia.It can be repeated for many times,and also cheap.So it can be used as an imaging examination in diagnosis and follow-up of children with pneumonia.
