Data Mining%Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy%Experiences in TCM Differentiation and Treatment
林兰教授对糖尿病周围神经病变的中医病因病机、辨证治疗等方面有独到的见解。文章采用结构化临床诊疗信息采集系统和多维检索分析平台对其防治糖尿病周围神经病变的中医辨证论治经验进行了系统的挖掘和整理。根据文中数据挖掘结果，总结出，林兰教授将糖尿病周围神经病变常分为四型辨证治疗：（1）阴阳两虚脉络瘀阻型；（2）阴阳两虚寒湿痹阻型；（3）肝肾阴虚血不荣经型；（4）脾胃两虚痰瘀互阻型。同时，为进一步推广林兰教授治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的经验提供理论依据。
林蘭教授對糖尿病週圍神經病變的中醫病因病機、辨證治療等方麵有獨到的見解。文章採用結構化臨床診療信息採集繫統和多維檢索分析平檯對其防治糖尿病週圍神經病變的中醫辨證論治經驗進行瞭繫統的挖掘和整理。根據文中數據挖掘結果，總結齣，林蘭教授將糖尿病週圍神經病變常分為四型辨證治療：（1）陰暘兩虛脈絡瘀阻型；（2）陰暘兩虛寒濕痺阻型；（3）肝腎陰虛血不榮經型；（4）脾胃兩虛痰瘀互阻型。同時，為進一步推廣林蘭教授治療糖尿病週圍神經病變的經驗提供理論依據。

Prof. Lin Lan has the unique understandings on the etiology,pathogenesis and pattern syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)in TCM. The structural clinical diagnosis and treatment collection system and the multi - dimensional analysis platform were adopted to have the comprehensive min-ing and collection of experiences in TCM pattern syndromes and treatment of DNP. It is concluded based on data mining results that four patterns ared divided in Prof. Lin's treatment of DPN:1. spleen and stomach defi-ciency and stagnation in meridians;2. yin and yang deficiency and blockage by cold and dampness;3. liver and kidney yin deficiency and malnutrition of blood in meridians;4. spleen and stomach deficiency and inter-action of phlegm and stasis. The theoretic evidences have provided for the promotion of Prof. Lin' experiences in the treatment of DPN.
