目的：观察维生素B12与利多卡因混合穴位封闭法治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征的疗效。方法：收治颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征患者120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予维生素B12加利多卡因穴位封闭治疗，对照组给予口服消炎痛片治疗。治疗后行疗效评估，并于3个月后观察复发情况。结果：治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：维生素B12加利多卡因穴位封闭法治疗颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征疗效优于传统药物治疗，有利于患者康复。
목적：관찰유생소B12여리다잡인혼합혈위봉폐법치료섭하합관절공능문란종합정적료효。방법：수치섭하합관절공능문란종합정환자120례，수궤분위치료조화대조조각60례。치료조급여유생소B12가리다잡인혈위봉폐치료，대조조급여구복소염통편치료。치료후행료효평고，병우3개월후관찰복발정황。결과：치료조료효현저우우대조조(P＜0.01)；치료조복발솔명현저우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론：유생소B12가리다잡인혈위봉폐법치료섭하합관절공능문란종합정료효우우전통약물치료，유리우환자강복。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of vitamin B12 and lidocaine mixed acupoint sealing method in the treatment of temporomandibular disorder.Methods:120 patients with temporomandibular disorder were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were given vitamin B12 and lidocaine acupoint sealing treatment.The control group were given oral indomethacin tablet treatment.The effect was evaluated after treatment.The recurrence was observed after 3 months.Results:The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of vitamin B12 and lidocaine acupoint sealing method in the treatment of temporomandibular disorder is better than that of the traditional medicine treatment,and it is helpful for the rehabilitation of patients.
