目的：分析囊性肾癌的C T特征，以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析30例经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌CT特征。结果30例囊性肾癌中25例分布在BosniakⅢ、Ⅳ级。囊壁厚薄不均者占23例，部分见壁结节或肿块。囊内分隔者占17例，且分隔多厚薄不均。囊壁及分隔钙化者占8例，钙化旁囊壁、分隔多不均匀增厚。囊液呈等、高密度者占19例，密度多不均匀。增强后多可见囊壁、囊内分隔及壁结节的强化，主要呈“快进快出”的特征。结论囊性肾癌C T表现具有一定的特征性，表现典型者可做出诊断，但需与肾脏其他囊性病变相鉴别。
목적：분석낭성신암적C T특정，이제고대본병적인식。방법회고성분석30례경수술병리증실적낭성신암CT특정。결과30례낭성신암중25례분포재BosniakⅢ、Ⅳ급。낭벽후박불균자점23례，부분견벽결절혹종괴。낭내분격자점17례，차분격다후박불균。낭벽급분격개화자점8례，개화방낭벽、분격다불균균증후。낭액정등、고밀도자점19례，밀도다불균균。증강후다가견낭벽、낭내분격급벽결절적강화，주요정“쾌진쾌출”적특정。결론낭성신암C T표현구유일정적특정성，표현전형자가주출진단，단수여신장기타낭성병변상감별。
Objective CT analysis of characteristics of cystic renal cell carcinoma .To analyze the CT characteristics of cystic renal cell carcinoma in order to improve the understanding of the disease .Methods CT features of 30 cases of cystic renal cancer confirmed by surgery pathology were retrospectively analyzed in this work .Results Of those 30 cases ,25 distributed in Bosniak Ⅲ ,Ⅳ ,and 23 cases presented with thin or thick cystic wall ,some of which were seen nodule or mass in the cystic wall .17 cases appeared the cystic septum which exhibited the nonuniform thickness .The calcification in cystic wall and the septum was found in 8 cases .The calcified cystic wall and septum presented with uneven thickening . The cystic fluid showed equidensity ,or the high density in 19 cases ,most of which were uneven density .After CT en‐hancement ,the cystic wall ,the cyst septum ,and the wall nodule were obviously reinforced ,with the major characteristics of “Fast forward fast out” .Conclusion CT manifestations of cystic renal cell carcinoma have certain characteristics .Typi‐cal performance can be used to make a diagnosis ,but is needed to distinguish with the other cystic renal diseases .
