1 .5T magnetic resonance%SWI%liver lesions
目的:探讨1.5T磁共振SWI序列在肝脏病变应用价值。方法回顾性分析242例肝脏病变(其中原发性肝癌92例;胆管细胞癌21例;肝转移瘤33例,肝血管瘤37例;肝脓肿15例,肝囊肿44例)平扫、增强及SWI表现。结果原发性肝癌92例,共122个病灶,SWI检出病灶105个,其中63例可见低信号;胆管细胞癌21例,SWI检出21个,其中17例可见低信号;肝转移瘤33例,共142个病灶,SWI显示107个,41例内可见低信号;肝血管瘤37例,共63个病灶, SWI显示59个,其中1例病变巨大,内可见一环状低信号;肝脓肿15例,SWI未见明显低信号;肝囊肿44例,67个病灶, SWI未见明显低信号。结论肝脏不同病变SWI序列有不同特点,1.5T磁共振SWI序列对肝脏病变性质鉴别有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the application value of SWI sequence by 1 .5 T magnetic resonance in liver lesions . Methods We analyzed the features of plain scan ,enhancement scan and SWI images of 242 patients with hepatic lesions retrospectively (including 92 cases of primary carcinoma of liver;21 patients with bile duct carcinoma;33 cases of metas‐tasis tumor;37 patients with hepatic hemangioma;15 cases of liver abscess and 44 patients with hepatic cyst) .Results A total of 122 lesions were found in 92 cases of primary liver cancer and 105 lesions were detected by SWI ,including 63 ca‐ses with visible low signal .Of 21 cases of bile duct carcinoma ,21 lesions were detected by SWI ,including 17 cases with visible low signal .For 33 cases of metastatic tumor of liver ,142 lesions were found and 107 lesions were detected by SWI , including 41 cases with visible low signal .For hepatic hemangioma in 37 cases ,63 lesions were found and 59 lesions were detected by SWI ,including only 1 case of huge tumor with a ring of low signal .For 15 cases of liver abscess ,no obvious low signal was detected by SWI .There was also no obvious low signal on SWI for 67 lesions in 44 cases of hepatic cyst . Conclusion Liver lesions have different characteristics on SWI sequence .SWI sequence by 1 .5 T magnetic resonance has a certain value in identifying the diagnosis of liver lesions .
