目的探讨老年抑郁症的发病情况及基础心理干预的效果,提高社会对老年抑郁症的重视及治疗. 方法采用老年抑郁量表( GDS)对社区150位老人进行抑郁症发病率调查,将调查结果为11~20分的46位轻度抑郁老人进行随机分组,一组为治疗组采取心理干预,干预时间为10 周,另一组为对照组只进行随访,干预后进行效果评估,并与对照组进行比较. 结果再次采用老年抑郁量表( GDS)对46位轻度抑郁老人进行评估,治疗组评分明显下降,经t检验,差异有显著性(P<0.01),对照组评分变化不大. 结论对轻度抑郁老人进行心理干预,可以改善老人的抑郁状况,提高老年人的生活质量,从而减轻家庭和社会的负担.

Objective To investigate the incidence of depression in the elderly and the effect of basic psychological intervention , to improve the social importance of elderly depression and treatment .Methods The Geriatric Depression Scale ( GDS ) was used to investigate the incidence of depression of the 150 elderly community people.46 elderly people with mild depression (GSD score between 11 and 20 point) were randomly grouping, those assigned to treatment group received psychological intervention , intervention time lasted for 10 weeks, and the others in the control group were followed up only , after the intervention effect was assessed . Results After 10 weeks of psychological intervention , Geriatric Depression Scale ( GDS) was used to assess the condition of depression of the 46 elderly.The result should that GSD scores of treatment group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).But it changed little in control group. Conclusions For mild elderly depression , psychological intervention can improve the depression condition , improve the quality of life of older people , and reduce the burden on family and society .
