目的：对尿常规检验在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎方面的应用价值进行观察与探讨。方法对2013年10月～2015年6月期间在我院接受治疗的84例初步诊断为急性阑尾炎患儿进行临床的相关研究，按照随机数字法分为两组，每组42例，对对照组患儿进行超声检查，对研究组患儿进行尿常规检验，分析两组患儿的效果。结果研究组患儿的诊断准确率（95.24%）与对照组患儿相比（78.57%），组间差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论对急性阑尾炎患儿进行尿常规检验诊断的效果较好。

목적：대뇨상규검험재진단소인급성란미염방면적응용개치진행관찰여탐토。방법대2013년10월～2015년6월기간재아원접수치료적84례초보진단위급성란미염환인진행림상적상관연구，안조수궤수자법분위량조，매조42례，대대조조환인진행초성검사，대연구조환인진행뇨상규검험，분석량조환인적효과。결과연구조환인적진단준학솔（95.24%）여대조조환인상비（78.57%），조간차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론대급성란미염환인진행뇨상규검험진단적효과교호。
Objective To routine urine test application value in diagnosis of infantile acute appendicitis were observed and discussed.Methods In October 2013 to June 2015 treated in our hospital during the period of 84 cases of children with preliminary diagnosis of acute appendicitis in clinical research,divided into two groups according to random number method,42 cases in each group,control group were treated the ultrasonic inspection,the team with routine urine test,analysis of the effect of two groups of children.ResultsThe team with the diagnostic accuracy(95.24%) compared with children with the control group(78.57%),and clear difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine urine test diagnosis to children with acute appendicitis effect is better.
