为调查和收集江西水生卵菌资源并厘清一些种类的分类关系,在江西省采集水样150余份,采用油菜籽诱导法富集卵菌,并进行纯化培养;采用形态和分子特征相结合的方法对收集到的菌株进行系统分类学研究。结果表明:分离培养卵菌7株,鉴定为3种水生卵菌,即:Achlya bisexualis, Pythium elongatum 和 Saprolegnia ferax,并对这3种卵菌进行系统的图文描述,利用ITS序列构建系统发育树,详细讨论3种卵菌的形态特征及系统分类,为准确鉴定这些种类提供参考。

In this study, 150 water samples were collected to investigate and conserve the bio-resources of aquatic oomycetes. Rapeseeds were used to bait the oomycetes, and the mycelia were then inculcated on potato dextrose agar medium. Morphological and molecular data were both used to analyze the systematic classification of the oomycetes. As a result, 7 aquatic oomycetes were collected, which were identified as three species, i.e. Achlya bisexualis, Pythium elongatum and Saprolegnia ferax. All the species were illustrated and analyzed based on phylogenic trees. The systematic classification of the species was discussed, and all the strains were deposited in the Fungal Collection of Jangxi Agricultural University (FCJAU).
