目的：探讨腹腔镜微创手术与消炎利胆片联用治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效。方法：收治急性胆囊炎患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予单纯腹腔镜微创胆囊切除术治疗；观察组给予在对照组基础上联用消炎利胆片治疗。结果：观察组治疗效果、术中出血量、住院天数、使用镇痛药情况、术后并发症出现状况及感染情况、肛门排气时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜微创手术与消炎利胆片联用治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效较好，手术创伤小，安全性高。

목적：탐토복강경미창수술여소염리담편련용치료급성담낭염적료효。방법：수치급성담낭염환자100례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각50례。대조조급여단순복강경미창담낭절제술치료；관찰조급여재대조조기출상련용소염리담편치료。결과：관찰조치료효과、술중출혈량、주원천수、사용진통약정황、술후병발증출현상황급감염정황、항문배기시간균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：복강경미창수술여소염리담편련용치료급성담낭염적료효교호，수술창상소，안전성고。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive laparoscopic operation combined with xiaoyanlidan tablets in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:100 patients with acute cholecystitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with minimally invasive laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery;while the observation group were antiphlogistic cholagogic tablets based on the treatment given in the control group.Results:The treatment effect,intraoperative blood loss,days of hospitalization,using of analgesic drug,postoperative complications and infection,anal exhaust time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery combined with xiaoyanlidan tablet in the treatment of the acute cholecystitis has better curative effect,less surgical trauma,and high safety.
