目的：探讨自拟中药组方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的效果。方法：收治急性痛风性关节炎患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用自拟中药治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的总体有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟中药组方治疗急性痛风性关节炎效果显著，能有效缓解患者症状，减轻患者痛苦。

목적：탐토자의중약조방치료급성통풍성관절염적효과。방법：수치급성통풍성관절염환자86례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각43례。대조조채용상규치료，관찰조채용자의중약치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과：관찰조적총체유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：자의중약조방치료급성통풍성관절염효과현저，능유효완해환자증상，감경환자통고。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:86 patients with acute gout arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 case in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription,then we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment of acute gouty arthritis was significant.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and reduce the pain of patients.
