目的：探讨上肢深静脉阻塞的介入治疗的方法与效果。方法收集2007年1月至2015年5月期间因上肢深静脉血栓、狭窄、闭塞接受介入治疗的患者27例，3例在临时滤器辅助下溶栓+球囊扩张治疗，24例接受球囊扩张+支架植入治疗。评价介入治疗临床疗效。结果全部病例无严重并发症。临床症状完全缓解23例，部分缓解3例，无改善1例。结论上肢深静脉阻塞的介入治疗能迅速解除静脉回流障碍引起的临床症状并且安全有效。
目的：探討上肢深靜脈阻塞的介入治療的方法與效果。方法收集2007年1月至2015年5月期間因上肢深靜脈血栓、狹窄、閉塞接受介入治療的患者27例，3例在臨時濾器輔助下溶栓+毬囊擴張治療，24例接受毬囊擴張+支架植入治療。評價介入治療臨床療效。結果全部病例無嚴重併髮癥。臨床癥狀完全緩解23例，部分緩解3例，無改善1例。結論上肢深靜脈阻塞的介入治療能迅速解除靜脈迴流障礙引起的臨床癥狀併且安全有效。
목적：탐토상지심정맥조새적개입치료적방법여효과。방법수집2007년1월지2015년5월기간인상지심정맥혈전、협착、폐새접수개입치료적환자27례，3례재림시려기보조하용전+구낭확장치료，24례접수구낭확장+지가식입치료。평개개입치료림상료효。결과전부병례무엄중병발증。림상증상완전완해23례，부분완해3례，무개선1례。결론상지심정맥조새적개입치료능신속해제정맥회류장애인기적림상증상병차안전유효。
To investigate the therapeutic method and effect of interventional therapy in patients with obstruction of upper extremity deep vein. We collected the patients from January 2007 to May 2015 as follows: 27 patients with upper extremity deep venous thrombosis, stenosis or occlusion underwent interventional therapy, 3 patients with temporary filter underwent thrombolytic therapy and balloon dilatation therapy, 24 patients underwent balloon dilatation and stent implantation therapy. All the therapeutic effects were investigated. All the patients had no severe complication. 23 patients had complete remission of clinical manifestation, 3 patients had partial remission of clinical manifestation, 1 patient had no improvement of clinical manifestation. Interventional therapy in patients with obstruction of upper extremity deep vein can quickly remove the clinical manifestation due to vein drainage disturbance, and it is safe and effective.
