目的:采用涡旋振荡提取法、超声波提取法和索式提取法测定菜干、茶叶和陈皮等植物性食物的有机氯农药残留量,比较提取率和回收率。方法称取粉碎样品与丙酮-石油醚混合均匀后,震荡提取上清液,重复3次,最后经吹氮仪浓缩后,加入硫酸或硫酸钠摇振、离心,取上清液进行色谱分析。结果采用以上三种提取方法检测的结果无差异,8种异构体回收率均较好,涡旋振荡提取法、超声波提取法和索式提取法的回收率分别为:85%~105%,82%~110%、84%~115%,回收率均满足检测要求,由于漩涡振荡法所耗时间更短,因此更推荐用此法作为植物性食物的有机氯农药残留的检测法。8种农药异构体在0.5~250 g/L的浓度范围线性良好,相关系数r为0.9984~1.0000,检测限可达0.10~0.65 g/L。结论涡旋震荡提取发因所耗溶剂最少,用时短,成本低等优点,可推广应用于植物性食品的有机氯农药残留的检测。
