基于对陕西省属六所地方高校教学管理人员、教师和学生的问卷调查、统计,并针对这些地方高校青年教师教学能力的现状和所呈现的特点,归纳总结了目前地方高校青年教师培养存在的主要问题,在此基础上,以延安大学为例,分别从新教师聘用、岗前培训、导师制、持续培养等四个方面进行探析,为学校在跨越式发展奠定坚实的师资保障。
基于對陝西省屬六所地方高校教學管理人員、教師和學生的問捲調查、統計,併針對這些地方高校青年教師教學能力的現狀和所呈現的特點,歸納總結瞭目前地方高校青年教師培養存在的主要問題,在此基礎上,以延安大學為例,分彆從新教師聘用、崗前培訓、導師製、持續培養等四箇方麵進行探析,為學校在跨越式髮展奠定堅實的師資保障。

Based on the teaching management staff, teachers and student's questionnaire, statistics of six local colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province, and according to the status and presented characteristic of teaching ability of young teachers in these local universities and colleges, the main problems of cultivation of young teachers are summarized in local colleges and universities, in this foundation, take Yan'an University as the example, from the new teacher hiring, job training, tutorial system, continuous training on four aspects are analyzed separately, lay sol-id teachers guarantee for the school in great leap forward development.
