目的：对复方葛根桂枝口服液的水提工艺进行研究。方法以葛根素提取量和干膏得率为考察指标，采用正交试验优选复方葛根桂枝口服液的最佳水提工艺。结果水提最佳工艺为：12倍水，提取3次，每次1h；结论所得复方葛根桂枝口服液的水提工艺简单稳定，对复方葛根桂枝口服液的生产工艺具有一定的指导和参考意义。
목적：대복방갈근계지구복액적수제공예진행연구。방법이갈근소제취량화간고득솔위고찰지표，채용정교시험우선복방갈근계지구복액적최가수제공예。결과수제최가공예위：12배수，제취3차，매차1h；결론소득복방갈근계지구복액적수제공예간단은정，대복방갈근계지구복액적생산공예구유일정적지도화삼고의의。
ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study the water extracting technology of Gegen-Guizhi Compound oral liq-uid.METHODS The orthogonal test was performed with the index of Puerarin and dry extract contents as the eval-uation indexes to study the water extracting technology of Gegen-Guizhi Compound oral liquid.RESULTS The opti-mal extraction conditions were as follows:12 times amount of water , extraction for 3 times and 1 hour for each time.CONCLUSION The method is simple and steady ,which will supply instruction and reference to the produc-tion of Gegen-Guizhi Compound Oral Liquid.
