The 2013 version of International Sports Arbitration Code came into effect in March 2013.Compared to the previous version,this modification has further strengthened the reconciliation regime and the arbitral tribunal's authorities,laid a greater emphasis on efficiency but not disregard the fair value,and meanwhile,highly respected for the autonomy of arbitration.It is imperative that both academic and practitioners should inform and understand these changes.
