此在、共在、沉沦和异化是海德格尔对现代人类生活境况的高度概括。人们生活于一个平均的世界和工具的围城当中，不断通过压平自己来融入非本真的他者。通过对空中极限运动的分析和论述，认为，当人们突然处于悬空状态时，经验的世界和工具性围城就会被这一状态所打破，同时，运动所带来的强烈畏惧感和可能发生的死亡，使从事此项运动的人可以最大程度的还原人之本真。

By analyzing and discussing air extreme sport,this paper believes that when people are hanging in the air in a sudden,all of their experience world and equipmental context would be broken down,furthermore,the strong anxiety and possibility imminent to death on this sport could make sportsmen ultimately own their authentic.
