实习教学是应用型高等学校人才培养中的重要组成部分，高质量实习教学是应用型人才培养目标实现的重要保障。我校是一所煤炭行业背景的工科高校，针对实习教学存在的难题，本文提出“基地仿真+现场实习、分散+集中实习、实习基地建设以及实习与课程教学共建”为一体的实习教学改革模式。
