目的:检测非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中肿瘤细胞凋亡水平,计算凋亡指数(apoptosis index,AI),并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用缺口末端标记法(terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling,TUNEL)检测57例NSCLC组织和19例癌旁肺组织的细胞凋亡水平,并分析其与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、组织学类型等临床病理特征的相关性。结果:NSCLC组织AI低于癌旁肺组织(P<0.001);有淋巴结转移组AI高于无转移组(P<0.001);Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组AI高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(P<0.001)。结论:NSCLC组织AI低于癌旁肺组织,且随着肿瘤分期的增高而下降,AI与肿瘤是否存在淋巴结转移有关,细胞凋亡的减少可能是NSCLC发生、发展过程的重要机制之一,但作为判断患者预后的新型指标,需结合多方面的因素进行分析。

Objective:To detect the level of tumor cell apoptosis in NSCLC,and investigate the relationship of apoptosis index(AI) with clinicopathological features.Method:The level of 57 cases of NSCLC and 19 cases of cell apoptosis were evaluated by TUNEL,and analyzed the relationship with the clinicopathological features such as lymph node metastasis,tumor stage,histological type.Result:The level of AI in NSCLC tissues was statistically lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues(P<0.001).The AI of With lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non transfer group(P<0.001),the Ⅰ and Ⅱ group were higher than the Ⅲ and Ⅳ group.Conclusion:The level of AI in NSCLC tissues was statistically lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous lung tissues,and it was correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage.Cell apoptosis may be an important mechanism for the development of NSCLC,but could it be a prognostic indicator,it may need more factors to evaluate.
