目的::藏族护理本科生应用静默教学法进行健康评估操作技能的强化效果评估。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,在2年级藏族护理本科生中,随机选取30人为干预组,28人为对照组,在健康评估授课过程中应用静默教学法,以实验操作的课堂考试成绩评价教学效果。结果:采用静默教学法干预后,干预组的藏族护理本科生考核成绩相较于对照组明显提高,结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用静默教学法有利于提高藏族本科护生健康评估课程的实际操作能力,可在实验教学中推广应用。

목적::장족호리본과생응용정묵교학법진행건강평고조작기능적강화효과평고。방법:채용방편추양적방법,재2년급장족호리본과생중,수궤선취30인위간예조,28인위대조조,재건강평고수과과정중응용정묵교학법,이실험조작적과당고시성적평개교학효과。결과:채용정묵교학법간예후,간예조적장족호리본과생고핵성적상교우대조조명현제고,결과유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론:채용정묵교학법유리우제고장족본과호생건강평고과정적실제조작능력,가재실험교학중추엄응용。
Objective:To strengthen Tibetan undergraduate student nurses'operating skill of health as-sessment in a silent teaching way and evaluate its effect.Methods:Select 30 students as the intervention group and 28 students as the control group from Tibetan undergraduate student nurses in grade 2 through conven-ient sampling.Take the silent way during the teaching of health assessment and assess the teaching effect ac-cording to the test score of experimental operation in class.Results:Intervened by the silent teaching method, compared with that of the control group,the examination achievement of the Tibetan undergraduate student nurses in intervention group had been significant improved ,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:To teaching in the silent way would help to improve Tibetan undergraduate student nurses 'practical operating ability of health assessment ,it is worthy of promotion during experimental teaching.
