Based on practice of the technical renovation in the cigarette industrial enterprise, from the angle of the owners, this paper puts forward the measures to improve the management level of the owner's design management respectively from optimized selection of design company, provide condition guarantee for the smooth development of design work, strengthen the communication and cooperation between the participants in the design work and the design stage.
