以高模数硅酸钾溶液为主要原料,采用简单物理共混法与活性锌粉按1:2.6的质量比进行物理混配制备得到水性无机富锌涂料。并系统研究了高模数硅酸钾水性无机富锌涂料的基本性能、搅拌时间,硅酸钾的模数,锌粉目数和配比对高模数硅酸钾水性无机富锌涂料的影响,结果表明,搅拌0.5~1 h,锌粉目数在400~500目左右,高模数硅酸钾模数在4.8~5.5之间,而基料:锌粉=1:2.6时,涂膜性能最佳。

The simple physical method of mixing the high molar ratio SiO2/K2 O solution with the active zinc power in the mass rate of 1:2. 6 was adopted to produce a inorganic water-soluble zinc-rich paint. In the meantime, the systematic study described the basic properties of the paint and got further with some relative factors, including the stirring time, the modulus of potassium silicate, the mesh number and ratio of zinc power. The results indicated that when zinc mesh was 400~500 mesh around, the high molar ratio SiO2/K2 O was about 4. 8~5. 5 and fillers/zinc powder was 1:2. 6 after 0. 5~1 h of reaction, the composite coating had the best performance.
