目的：研究地黄汤对于胃火上蒸导致的慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法择取我院自2015年1月至2015年6月收治的胃火上蒸导致的慢性牙周炎患者86例，按照随机分组的方式将86例患者平均分为两组，分别为实验组和参照组。对参照组患者行牙康治疗方法，对实验组患者行地黄汤治疗方法，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果进过治疗，实验组患者的治疗效果显著高于参照组，两组患者的对比差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论地黄汤对于胃火上蒸导致的慢性牙周炎的治疗效果较佳，有效提升治愈率，值得推广。

목적：연구지황탕대우위화상증도치적만성아주염적치료효과。방법택취아원자2015년1월지2015년6월수치적위화상증도치적만성아주염환자86례，안조수궤분조적방식장86례환자평균분위량조，분별위실험조화삼조조。대삼조조환자행아강치료방법，대실험조환자행지황탕치료방법，대비량조환자적치료효과。결과진과치료，실험조환자적치료효과현저고우삼조조，량조환자적대비차이명현，구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론지황탕대우위화상증도치적만성아주염적치료효과교가，유효제승치유솔，치득추엄。
Objectiveto study the ground when the stomach ifre on steamed in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methodswill pick our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were caused by stomach ifre on steam, 86 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis, according to randomized way will average 86 patients were divided into two groups, experimental group and control group respectively. Rows of teeth kang treatment in patients with control group, the experimental group when patients to treatment, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Resultsin treatment, the curative effect of experimental group patients was signiifcantly higher than that of control group, two groups of patients with comparison of difference, with statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05).Conclusionwhen the steam caused by chronic periodontitis in stomach ifre treatment effect is good, effectively improve the cure rate, is worth promoting.
