地黄为常用大宗中药材，年需求量可达3万吨。地黄在中药方剂、中成药中有着极广泛的用途，如传统名方典籍《千金方》中收录的五千多首中药方剂中30％以上均涉及到地黄的使用〔1〕；2010版中国药典内收录90多种成方制剂中含地黄的约占1／3〔2〕。现代研究表明，环烯醚萜类化学成分是地黄物质基础的重要组成部分，也是其主要活性成分类群。近年来国内外学者对于地黄中环烯醚萜类化合物的研究不断深入，报道了其中新发现的多个环烯醚萜类成分。有鉴于此，作者对近30年国内外报道的地黄中环烯醚萜类成分的化学结构进行了综述，希望为地黄的深入研究与开发提供一定参考。
지황위상용대종중약재，년수구량가체3만둔。지황재중약방제、중성약중유착겁엄범적용도，여전통명방전적《천금방》중수록적오천다수중약방제중30％이상균섭급도지황적사용〔1〕；2010판중국약전내수록90다충성방제제중함지황적약점1／3〔2〕。현대연구표명，배희미첩류화학성분시지황물질기출적중요조성부분，야시기주요활성성분류군。근년래국내외학자대우지황중배희미첩류화합물적연구불단심입，보도료기중신발현적다개배희미첩류성분。유감우차，작자대근30년국내외보도적지황중배희미첩류성분적화학결구진행료종술，희망위지황적심입연구여개발제공일정삼고。
ABSTRACT:Rehmannia glutinosa had a widely applied in Chinese traditional prescription.More than 30% pre-scriptions are related to Rehmannia glutinosa in works of the traditional prescriptions named “Qian Jin Fang”.Research show ,iridoids is a important component and main active ingredient of Rehmannia glutinosa.In recent years the research on Rehmannia reported a plurality of new types of iridoids.There is little systemic classification and summary on them.This paper sumed up the chemical structure the last 30 years,hoping to give references for the fur-ther research and development of Rehmannia glutinosa.
